Product support
Something is not working, a trip was not detected, a receipt did not import, or you cannot get into your account.
Billing and subscriptions
Questions about a plan, an add-on, or a charge. Subscriptions purchased in the app are billed by Apple or Google, and refunds for those are handled by the store.
Privacy and your data
Ask for a copy of your records, ask what we hold, or ask us to delete your account. Put "Privacy" in the subject line and we will route it accordingly.
Security reports
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to us before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge the report and tell you what we are doing about it.
